Come out and join us for our SIXTH free 5k this Saturday, August 22nd, 2015, starting at 9am. TriCycle and Run understands that summer is coming to and end and we want to team up with Lyon Distilling Company here is St Michaels, MD, to bring you a safe and fun 5k to run in.

As is custom, each month we choose a different entity to donate to and this month, we are asking for classroom supplies for the teachers at the St Michaels Schools. These supplies can include tissues, wet wipes, hand sanitizing gel, Clorox wipes, or anything else that you think a teacher might have to spend out-of-pocket to have in their room.

We are asking that every register for the event by going to our timing webpage at https://www.webscorer.com/register?raceid=48783 . Don’t forget, our races aren’t won by the fastest runner, but by the person who is able to guess their finish time within 10 seconds. All that we ask is that you try to run to completion (no standing next to the finish time to get within your time). All participants will receive FREE SWAG for just coming in and we are working with local businesses in town to try and get exclusive deals.

Tell all of your friends!! FREE 5k (TIMED) for anyone who wants to come out. On site registration starts at 7:30am and the run starts promptly at 9am. Please park at the St Michaels Elementary School (200 Seymour Ave, St Michaels, MD) and walk on down to TriCycle and Run. Bring an item for our local teachers to use in their classroom and don’t forget to estimate your finish time!!
