COVID-19 Update (May 22, 2020)

Yes, we are OPEN during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, however despite having entered Phase 1 in Maryland’s Roadmap to Recovery, we have made the decision to continue to limit our transactions to curbside service.

Since we are a family-operated small business and our 2 children are often at work inside the shop with us, we want to continue to maintain their safety as well as yours.

Beginning next week (week of May 24), we will move to our Spring/Summer hours.  Please note that we will be closed on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day).

SPRING/SUMMER HOURS:

Sunday 10a-2p

Monday 10a-5p

Tuesday CLOSED

Wednesday-Saturday 10a-5p

Also, at this time, we do not have rental bikes available.  Given the increased demand for bicycles, we haven’t been able to replenish our fleet.  We are hopeful to have some by mid-June as inventory becomes available once again.

We also have a very limited number of bikes available for purchase.  If you are interested in inquiring about bicycle availability, please email Laura at info@tricycleandrun.com!

COVID-19 Crisis and How We Move Forward

 

While the COVID-19 crisis has disrupted much of our regular every day lives, we want to let everyone know that we will remain open for bicycle service during these trying times.

Bicycles are a mode of transportation for many, and as activities are continuously limited, we want to be able to help families get outside together.

We are not encouraging that you come shop with us, but rather want you to know that should you need bike repairs or parts to aid your adventures, we will be operating on our regular business hours.

Sundays: 10a-2p

Mondays: 10a-5p

Tuesdays:  CLOSED

Wednesdays:  CLOSED

Thursday – Saturday:  10a-5p

We will also be limiting the number of people inside the building at any given time to 5.  Please note that there will be times that we will need to bring our children in to work with us, and therefore may ask you to wait outside.

We would encourage you to call our store at 410-745-2836 and/or send us an email to tricycleandrun@gmail.com to set up an appointment for service. One of our staff members will be more than happy to meet you at the front door and assist you at any time.

Again, we ask that you respect the decision for our small, family-owned business, to stay open to help with the SERVICE of your bicycles. We will be happy to help you with any of your other fitness needs after the State of Emergency has been lifted.
