We are excited to announce that this month’s event will feature a discussion with local, elite athlete, Tracy Maccherola. She will be leading a discussion about how to “Reveal Your Potential” as an athlete with one main tool…your brain. Tracy’s list of accolades goes on and on, but some of her greatest achievements include being a 70.3 Champion, IRONMAN World Championship qualifier, Boston Marathon Qualifier, USAT All-American, AWA Gold Athlete, USAT Level 1 Certified Coach, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach and much more!
You are not going to want to miss this event! Stop in, learn how to reveal your potential, snack, shop, sip some wine, and get great deals on everything in the shop!

Did you know that TriCycle and Run hosts group rides and runs in the area? We have various distances and skill levels, perfect for anyone either starting out their fitness regiment, to those who are looking for their workouts for their “A” race for the season.
Saturday mornings we ride from TriCycle and Run, starting at 8am. We typically ride towards Tilghman Island (about a 35 mile round trip) and sometimes will add on Bozman-Neavitt Rd (for a total of 50 miles). As the season continues, the rides will expand to other areas of Talbot County.
Sunday mornings the run leaves from TriCycle and Run at 8am as well. We have the St Michaels Rails-To-Trails path directly across from the shop so for those just starting out, it is a 2 mile round trip with beautiful views of Back Creek. Need a bit more distance? We have everything mapped out from 5 miles to 20 milers. Train for your flat race with us. We do distance, tempo runs and even our personal favorite, FARTLEKS, to improve speed.
