Daylight is short and the temperatures are dropping but that shouldn’t make your fitness suffer. Come out and keep up with our FREE 5k series in 2016.

Saturday, January 16th at 9am from TriCycle and Run (929 S. Talbot Street, St Michaels, MD) we will host our FREE Frosty Paws 5k to benefit the Talbot Humane Society. Bring canned or dry pet food as your entry and enjoy the scenic St Michaels Nature Trail.

It doesn’t matter your speed for this run. As usual, the winners are determined by their guessing their finish time (within 10 seconds). That means that the only person you are competing against is YOURSELF.

We will open the shop at 7:30 for registration the morning of and we ask that everyone try to be on site by 8:30 so that waivers can be signed and bibs can be assigned. We will have hot drinks to warm you up before we brave the elements.  We ask that everyone parks at the St Michaels Elementary School (200 Seymour Ave, St Michaels, MD) and walks down to the shop. The finish line will be directly across from this parking lot.
