A day of rest

     Let’s face it. We all should get one every once in a while. It is especially important when you are training for a mult-sport event. I could easily fill hours upon hours, during the day, of training and exercise but my body would soon break down. One day a week, I have promised myself a day completely off. Today, my friends, was that day.

     Hope you give yourself a day off every once in a while.
